Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
  • Active, unrestricted license
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Adaptability to a value-based care environment
  • Basic computer proficiency and EMR experience
  • Credentialed to prescribe medications

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of relevant experience preferred
  • Preferred DEA license
  • Medicare/Medicaid numbers
  • Experience managing Medicare Advantage panels
  • Knowledge of Medicare guidelines and HEDIS indicators
