About the role
The Healthcare Operations Specialist will support provider credentialing, enrollment, and licensing workflows alongside the company's leadership. They will manage onshore client communications, visit local clients for relationship management, document collection, and operational support. Additionally, they will conduct product demonstrations and lead webinars, translating operational experience into compelling product narratives. Over time, they will participate in product sprint reviews, contribute domain expertise, and eventually take on product ownership responsibilities.

- Visit local clients for relationship management, document collection, and operational support
- Support payer contract negotiation communications — drafting correspondence, tracking responses, and coordinating follow-ups
- Product Demonstrations & Webinars:
- Conduct product demonstrations of InCredibly, our credentialing and enrollment platform, for prospects, clients, and industry analysts
- Lead and support webinars on credentialing operations, enrollment workflows, and industry topics
- Translate your operational experience into compelling product narratives that resonate with healthcare administrators and practice managers
- Product Growth Path:
- Participate in product sprint reviews, contributing domain expertise to platform development decisions
- Over time, take on product ownership responsibilities including backlog grooming, user story development, and user acceptance testing

- Office Operations:
- Help keep the Chicago office running — supplies, scheduling, travel coordination, and basic administrative support
Requirements

- Working knowledge of CAQH, NPPES/PECOS, state licensing boards, and payer enrollment processes
- Strong verbal and written communication skills — you can explain a credentialing timeline to a CFO and a payer enrollment delay to a frustrated practice manager with equal confidence
- Organized, structured thinker who manages multiple workflows and deadlines without dropping balls
- Comfortable with technology and able to learn new platforms quickly; you form opinions about why software is built the way it is
- Willing to work on-site at our Chicago office full-time

- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
