Healthcare Insurance Agent - Bilingual (Remote)

Responsibilities

• Aid customers in choosing suitable health coverage products.
• Offer comprehensive customer service and sales support, handling both inbound inquiries and follow-ups.
• Empathize with customer needs and explore opportunities for product enhancements.
• Sell and renew health plans, converting prospects into customers.

Qualifications & Skills

• Current health insurance license in your state.
• Minimum six months of sales experience.
• High-speed internet with speeds >25 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload.
• Excellent customer service skills, including empathy, active listening, and compassion.
• Integrity to comply with HIPAA privacy guidelines.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong computer navigation skills; this role is fully remote.
