Bilingual Healthcare Insurance Agent - Remote

Responsibilities

• Assisting customers in understanding health insurance coverages and selecting suitable products.
• Providing full lifecycle customer service and sales, including inbound inquiries and follow-ups.
• Responding to customer questions with empathy and active listening.
• Identifying additional customer needs and recommending upgrades.
• Completing sales and renewals of health plans, with sales conversions expected.

Qualifications & Skills

• Current health insurance license in the resident state.
• Minimum six months sales experience.
• High-speed internet (>25 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload).
• Strong customer service skills, empathy, and compassion.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in computer navigation and remote work tools.
• Integrity in following HIPAA privacy guidelines.
