Role Overview

A Bilingual Licensed Healthcare Insurance Agent – Spanish-English working remotely, responsible for assisting customers with understanding health coverage, recommending suitable products, and managing sales and renewals.

Key Responsibilities

• Help individuals select appropriate health insurance plans based on their needs
• Provide full lifecycle customer service, including inbound inquiries and follow-up calls
• Respond with compassion, active listening, and identify additional customer needs
• Complete sales and renewal transactions, achieving sales targets

Qualifications & Skills

• Current health insurance license in the resident state
• Minimum six months sales experience
• High-speed internet (≥25 Mbps download, ≥10 Mbps upload)
• Strong customer service skills, empathy, and active listening
• Integrity to adhere to HIPAA privacy guidelines
• High school diploma or equivalent
