Healthcare Billing & Revenue Analyst — Full-Time (Remote: Global)
About the role
At Integral Health, our mission is simple: make integrated behavioral health accessible to everyone. We are here to make proactive behavioral health the default and we are challenging the status quo to do so. We're a growing, innovative team led by leaders from diverse clinical and healthcare backgrounds. We don't just "add" behavioral health to a practice—we help redesign how care is delivered so patients recover faster, stay healthier longer, and feel supported every step of the way.
As our Billing & Revenue Analyst, you'll own the engine that turns our clinical work into revenue. Every month, care delivered across ten-plus US primary care practices has to be closed, checked, invoiced, and reconciled against what payers actually paid. Today our CEO runs this himself — you'll take it over and make it sharper. This is a direct hire, not a BPO arrangement. You'll work directly with the CEO, run a process that is well-documented and heavily automated with AI tools, and grow into finance and analytics work as we scale. If you love owning a process end-to-end and being trusted with work that touches money, finding the error everyone else missed, and working directly with company leadership instead of through layers, then this role is for you.
Responsibilities
- Run the monthly billing close: turn clinical activity data into clean, submission-ready billing for every partner practice
- QA billing before submission — duplicates, unbillable time, missing data — so it's right the first time
- Reconcile payer payments against expected amounts and chase down discrepancies
- Produce each partner's monthly invoice and supporting summaries
- Maintain and improve our billing workbooks and AI-assisted workflows
- Flag revenue leakage and propose fixes
Requirements
- 2+ years in US medical billing or revenue cycle work (CPT coding, Medicare/Medicaid, denials, payment posting, or reconciliation)
- Expert-level Excel and Google Sheets skills — you can build and audit complex, multi-tab workbooks
- Meticulous accuracy on work that touches money
- Strong written English and prior remote work experience
- Familiarity with CoCM, CCM, RPM, or other time-based billing (preferred)
Benefits
- Direct hire: No BPO or agency layer — you work directly with the CEO of a US healthcare company
- Tech allowance
- Medical insurance
- Competitive benefits
- Career growth: A real path into finance and analytics as we scale, with paid professional development
- Tools: We run daily workflows on AI — you'll work with the best tooling in the industry, not against it
Pay
Competitive USD compensation (based on experience) + up to 10% annual performance bonus.
Schedule
Fully remote and largely flexible; ~4 hours of overlap with US Eastern time.
