Health Services Supervisor

MENTOR Adult Day Health, a member of the Sevita family, provides day programs for elders with complex medical or rehabilitative needs, allowing seniors to obtain quality healthcare while remaining active in the community and living in their own homes. Our programs are staffed with qualified, experienced licensed nurses and caregivers trained to provide individual assistance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and support two or more nurses
• Assist with hiring, scheduling, training, and performance management
• Ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards
• Oversee participant health services, including medications, treatments, physicals, and medical appointments
• Monitor quality of care and maintain a safe environment for participants and staff

Requirements

• Active Massachusetts nursing license (LPN or RN)
• Two years of nursing management or supervisory experience
• Two years of experience working with adults in a healthcare setting
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
