Summary
Serve as a system resource and health advocate for the Healthy Life Centers and Gated Community Strategy. Assist the Manager and Personal Health Advocate in building relationships with residents in Southwest Florida. Model outstanding customer service skills and behaviors during every customer encounter.
Requirements
- Education:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
- Associate's Degree in business, healthcare, hospitality, public relations or related field (Preferred)
- Bachelor's Degree in business, healthcare, hospitality, public relations or related field (Preferred)
- Experience:
- 2 Years Customer Service (Required)
- 2 Years Healthcare (Required)
- Candidates with 4-6 years in customer service environment and knowledge of the healthcare arena is preferred.
- Licenses: State of Florida Licensure Requirements (no specific license detailed)
