About the role
The Health Sciences Division at Rose State College prepares students for academic transfer and entry into the job market through innovative and nurturing faculty. Clinical adjunct faculty members bring practical work experience, technological skills, and innovative teaching methods into the classroom.
Responsibilities
- Teach courses in Medical Laboratory Technology, Dental Assisting, Dental Hygiene, Nursing Science, Radiologic Technology, Respiratory Therapist, and Medical Terminology.
- Provide instruction that aligns with educational requirements and industry standards.
- Engage students with real-world applications and technological advancements.
Requirements
- Dental Hygiene: Associate in Applied Science degree in Dental Hygiene plus R.D.H. certificate.
- Medical Lab Technology: Associates Degree in MLT and ASCP, AMT, or ABB certification, and one year of experience as a medical laboratory professional.
- Nursing: BSN in Nursing, current RN licenses, and at least two years of relevant work experience within the past five years.
- Radiologic Technology: Associates Degree and ARRT credential.
- Respiratory Therapy: Associates Degree and RRT certification.
