WITRON is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Administrative Specialist to support multiple locations across the U.S. Key responsibilities include:
- Safety Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate records of safety training, certifications, and incident reports. Ensure OSHA logs and company safety files are up-to-date and audit-ready.
- Data Entry & Reporting: Support the input and maintenance of accurate safety and incident data. Generate monthly or quarterly reports on safety metrics, training completion rates, and incident trends.
- Vendor & PPE Management: Manage relationships with safety equipment, PPE, and training vendors. Monitor inventory levels of safety supplies, place orders, and track expenditures within budget guidelines.
- Training Coordination: Assist with the scheduling and logistics of employee safety briefings, onboarding compliance, and external safety training courses.
Requirements include:
- A High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 3-5 years of experience working in an office-based support role preferred
- Accounting experience a plus
- OSHA 10 or 30 a plus
- Vendor management experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time
- Ability to view computer screens for prolonged durations
