Health Center Relations Specialist - Stapley

Job Summary

Terros Health is seeking a Health Center Relations Specialist for our Stapley Health Center in Mesa, AZ. The position offers full-time employment with Spanish speaking preferred, and requires at least one-year relevant front office customer facing and focused service experience in healthcare, hospitality, or banking. The role includes greeting patients, processing check-ins, updating schedules, and gathering patient information.

Responsibilities

• Greet individuals arriving at the clinic professionally and courteously
• Assist patients promptly with compassion, in alignment with Terros Health values
• Process check-in of patients and notify appropriate staff members of arrivals
• Update relevant information during auto-flow by completing four-point check
• Review and update daily schedules, ensuring accurate collection of necessary data
• Gather and maintain patient demographics, ensuring accuracy and completeness in compliance with UDS guidelines
• Basic knowledge of insurance levels such as Medicare, Medicaid, commercial plans, and other types

Requirements

• Minimum one-year relevant front office customer facing and focused service experience in healthcare, hospitality, or banking
• Front office experience in healthcare, behavioral health, dental, or a medical office is preferred
