About the role
Culver-Stockton College is seeking a qualified candidate for the full-time position of Head Women’s Flag Football Coach. The college offers experiential learning with a 12-3 academic calendar, providing an innovative four-year program that prepares students for career success. The successful candidate will report to the Director of Athletics and oversee the entire operation of the flag football program, which competes in the NAIA as part of the Heart of America Athletic Conference.

Responsibilities
- Recruitment of student-athletes
- Contest scheduling
- Practice and contest planning
- Player skill development
- Academic monitoring of student-athletes
- Office and budget management
- Compliance with NAIA and institutional policies and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or significant experience in flag football
- Master’s Degree preferred
- Experience coaching at the collegiate level (preferably 5 years or more)
- Ability to recruit and motivate student-athletes
- Strong commitment to academic success and compliance with NAIA and institutional policies
