About the role
Lead all Workplace Operations across the Americas region, ensuring operational excellence across multiple offices. Own the day-to-day operations of the New York headquarters while overseeing all regional Workplace activities.
- Manage and develop Office Managers and Workplace teams, providing leadership, coaching, and career development.
- Develop and oversee the annual Workplace Operations budget, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and financial goals.
- Build annual operational plans, define regional priorities, and execute strategic Workplace initiatives.
- Leverage data, KPIs, and workplace analytics to drive informed operational decisions and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement Workplace strategies that support business growth, scalability, and an outstanding employee experience.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams including People Experience, Finance, Procurement, Legal, Real Estate, IT, Security, and senior leadership to deliver strategic Workplace initiatives and support organizational goals.
- Collaborate with Global Workplace teams to ensure consistency, share best practices, and drive global initiatives across regions.
- Lead office projects including expansions, renovations, relocations, seating strategies, office openings, workplace optimization, and space planning.
- Manage vendor relationships, service contracts, and outsourced providers to ensure high-quality, cost-effective service delivery.
- Oversee Food & Beverage programs, hospitality services, employee amenities, and workplace experience initiatives.
- Manage facilities operations, preventive maintenance programs, critical infrastructure, and building systems in partnership with landlords and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, health & safety standards, environmental requirements, and company policies across all regional offices.
- Lead emergency preparedness, business continuity, workplace security, and crisis management initiatives.
- Oversee CAPEX and OPEX workplace projects while maintaining budget accountability.
- Drive workplace innovation by implementing new technologies, AI solutions, automation, and operational improvements.
- Support executive visits, company events, leadership meetings, and strategic business initiatives across the Americas.

Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Workplace Operations, Facilities Management, Corporate Services, or Office Operations, with at least 5 years leading Workplace teams.
- Proven experience managing multiple office locations within a regional or global organization.
- Strong people management experience, including leading distributed teams across multiple geographies.
- Proven experience managing operational budgets, vendor relationships, and outsourced service providers.
- Strong knowledge of facilities management, workplace services, office operations, and employee experience.
- Experience managing office construction, renovations, workplace projects, relocations, and space planning.
- Strong understanding of workplace health & safety regulations, business continuity, security, and emergency preparedness.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic thinker with exceptional project management and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on, proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a dynamic global organization.
- Experience working in a global technology company is a strong advantage.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with global stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel across the Americas as needed.
Pay
The estimated annual base salary range for this role is $151,300 – $176,500. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including education, training, experience, business needs, and work location. In addition to base salary, employees are eligible for either an annual discretionary bonus or a role-based, sales incentive plan. Certain roles may also include equity in the form of RSUs.
