Head of Workplace Strategy & Operations

Responsibilities

• Own global real estate and workplace strategy to align with business growth
• Lead site selection, lease negotiations, and office build-outs
• Establish standards for new offices to maintain brand consistency
• Collaborate with leadership to inform real estate plans based on business priorities
• Design workplaces to foster collaboration, focus, and a sense of belonging
• Oversee daily operations and ensure safety and security in all locations
• Manage the workplace budget, balancing investments with resourcefulness

Qualifications

• 8-10 years in Facilities, Workplace Experience, Security, or Real Estate leadership
• Experience scaling operations efficiently in high-tech environments
• Ability to align long-term strategies with immediate operational needs
• Passionate about creating inclusive and engaging workplaces
• Strong project management and vendor negotiation skills
• Experience in managing physical security programs
