Head of Operations

About the role

You will manage the systems, processes, and people that deliver our hardware and software solutions to customers around the world. This is a senior leadership role responsible for the full project delivery lifecycle, from vendor strategy and procurement through hardware fulfillment, project execution, and closeout, as well as the operational infrastructure that makes it all run reliably at scale.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of operations experience, including meaningful time in a physical product business, construction, or a field-services environment
• Leadership experience, including leading teams and managing both direct reports and contractors
• Experience in renewable energy, cleantech, or infrastructure technology
• Experience in managing hardware supply chains, including vendor negotiation and inventory planning
• Experience in project management methodologies and tools used in field deployment or construction environments
• Experience in building internal process documentation, SOPs, or operational runbooks from the ground up
• Experience in working closely with revenue teams to navigate commercial exceptions and establish durable policies

Qualifications

• Systems thinking ability to design scalable processes from scratch and document them with clarity and precision
• Confidence in making decisions in ambiguous situations and holding the line on policy while being pragmatic about edge cases
• Ability to communicate directly and credibly across functions, including Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Engineering, to drive alignment without formal authority
• Comfortable living in or relocating to Atlanta
