About the role

The Leffell School is seeking a visionary and relationship-driven leader to build upon an extraordinary foundation and help shape the next chapter of its growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead the school's strategic planning and visioning process
• Develop and implement innovative educational programs that align with the school's mission and values
• Build and maintain strong relationships with faculty, staff, parents, and community partners
• Ensure the school's financial stability and effective management of resources
• Oversee the school's facilities and ensure they support the educational mission
• Represent the school in the broader educational community and secure partnerships and funding opportunities

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in education, business administration, or a related field
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in education, preferably in a leadership capacity
• Proven track record of successful school leadership and development
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
• Experience with fundraising and grant writing

Qualifications

• Passion for Jewish education and values
• Experience with integrating Jewish values into the curriculum
• Knowledge of best practices in educational leadership
• Experience with technology integration in the classroom
