About the role

The successful candidate will lead the school through strategic growth, academic excellence, and fostering leadership for the next generation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement long-term strategic plans for the school’s growth and success.
• Ensure high academic standards and continuous improvement in student performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, students, and the broader community.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the school, including curriculum development and implementation.
• Lead the search for new faculty and staff, and provide mentorship and support to current staff.
• Represent the school at various community events and functions.

Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in education management or related field.
• A proven track record of leading educational institutions to achieve academic excellence and growth.
• A deep understanding of educational policies and trends.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in fundraising and resource management.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Education, Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in a similar role at a private non-profit school.
• Knowledge of best practices in educational leadership and management.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Pay

Salary range: $150,000 - $175,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Schedule
