About the role
The successful candidate will lead the school through strategic growth, academic excellence, and fostering leadership for the next generation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement long-term strategic plans for the school’s growth and success.
- Ensure high academic standards and continuous improvement in student performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, students, and the broader community.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the school, including curriculum development and implementation.
- Lead the search for new faculty and staff, and provide mentorship and support to current staff.
- Represent the school at various community events and functions.
Requirements
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in education management or related field.
- A proven track record of leading educational institutions to achieve academic excellence and growth.
- A deep understanding of educational policies and trends.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in fundraising and resource management.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Education, Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in a similar role at a private non-profit school.
- Knowledge of best practices in educational leadership and management.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Schedule
