Head of School
- Master’s in Education
- Recognized teaching qualification (B.Ed, PGDE, or equivalent)
- Leadership certifications (e.g., NPQH, IB, Cambridge PDQ) desirable
- Proven years of experience in a similar role
- Track record of school improvement & academic achievement
- Experience with Nigerian and/or international curricula (British, IGCSE, IB)

Salary Range
₦150,000–₦200,000 (negotiable)
Requirements: Head of School
- Bachelor’s in Education with valid teaching certification (e.g., TRCN)
- Training/certifications in school leadership or management
- Experience with curriculum development and school accreditation
- Strong classroom teaching experience
- 2–4 years in a leadership role (Vice Principal, HOD, Academic Coordinator, etc.)
Teaching Roles
- Junior Secondary School Teachers: ₦100,000–₦150,000
- Primary School Teachers: ₦100,000–₦150,000
- Pre-School Teachers: ₦80,000–₦100,000
Requirements: Teaching Roles
- B.Ed, NCE + TRCN registration, or B.Sc in any discipline
- 2–3 years’ relevant teaching experience
