About the role

The Head of School will lead the school's mission, vision, and values, fostering a dynamic and inclusive learning environment. They will be responsible for strategic planning, curriculum development, faculty management, and overall school operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement long-term strategic plans for the school.
• Oversee curriculum design and ensure alignment with educational standards.
• Manage and mentor a diverse faculty team, promoting professional growth and innovation.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all students and staff.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, alumni, and community partners.
• Represent the school in local, regional, and national educational forums.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in education or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in education leadership, including experience in a similar role.
• Proven track record of successful school improvement and innovation.
• Experience in international education and understanding of global perspectives.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $150,000 - $180,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.

Schedule

The Head of School will work a flexible schedule, typically 40 hours per week, with some evening and weekend responsibilities as needed.
