About the role
Fusion Academy is seeking a Head of School to lead a campus that inspires, empowers, and builds a thriving community where learning is truly customized for every student.
Responsibilities
- Build and lead your campus team with vision, innovation, and a culture of heart and collaboration.
- Inspire and develop staff through clear expectations, coaching, and professional growth.
- Drive enrollment through community connections, partnerships, and events.
- Ensure operational and fiscal health, balancing high-quality programming with smart management.
- Build strong relationships with students, families, and staff to create a dynamic and supportive school culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or higher preferred.
- 3–5 years of successful school leadership experience.
- Experience managing a budget, financial reporting, and tracking specific metric performance.
- Proven ability to build culture and lead diverse teams.
- Experience with enrollment growth, admissions, or business development.
- Passion for alternative education and supporting diverse learners.
- Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Qualifications

Skills
- Ability to inspire and motivate staff and students.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience with enrollment strategies and marketing.
- Knowledge of educational technology and personalized learning models.

Pay
USD $98,000.00 - USD $115,000.00 /Yr.
