- Develop and implement a long-term vision for the school’s growth and success.
- Oversee the academic program, ensuring it remains innovative and aligned with the school’s mission.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with faculty, staff, parents, and students.
- Ensure the financial health and sustainability of the school.
- Represent the school externally and engage with the broader educational community.
Requirements
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in education leadership.
- A bachelor’s degree in education, business administration, or a related field.
- Experience in fundraising and managing budgets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of successfully leading a school or similar organization.
- Experience in curriculum development and implementation.
