About the role
We are seeking a Lead Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in web development, be passionate about building scalable and user-friendly applications, and have a strong understanding of JavaScript, React, and Node.js.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality, efficient, and effective software solutions using modern web technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-impact projects on time and within budget.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of new features and enhancements to the LeadLobster platform.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in web development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Experience with JavaScript, React, and Node.js.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Qualifications
- Passionate about building innovative and impactful products.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
Skills
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and databases (e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
- Knowledge of front-end frameworks like Angular or Vue.js is a plus.
