About the role

We are seeking a Lead Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in web development, be passionate about building scalable and user-friendly applications, and have a strong understanding of JavaScript, React, and Node.js.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality, efficient, and effective software solutions using modern web technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-impact projects on time and within budget.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of new features and enhancements to the LeadLobster platform.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in web development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
• Experience with JavaScript, React, and Node.js.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Passionate about building innovative and impactful products.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).

Skills

• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and databases (e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
• Knowledge of front-end frameworks like Angular or Vue.js is a plus.

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually.
