About the role

We are seeking a Lead Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in web development, be proficient in JavaScript, and have a passion for building scalable and user-friendly applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using modern web technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and other developers.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of new features and enhancements.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in web development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, React, and Node.js.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and database management systems.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Passion for technology and a desire to make a difference.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to changing requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with front-end frameworks like Angular or Vue.js is a plus.

Skills

• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and related libraries/frameworks.
• Experience with React, Redux, and state management.
• Knowledge of CSS preprocessors (Sass, Less).
• Understanding of server-side technologies (Node.js, Express).
• Experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL).
• Good understanding of HTTP/REST and API design.
