Responsibilities
- Define and own core business metrics and KPIs across the Revenue organization
- Build automated reporting interfaces for KPI visibility and sales performance
- Conduct strategic analytics to identify performance bottlenecks and expansion opportunities
- Cook up the revenue data model roadmap with Data Engineering and BI
- Execute high-priority ad-hoc data pulls and validation for executive reporting
- Translate findings into executive-level presentations with actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- 7+ years in sales analytics or business intelligence; leadership experience preferred
- Expert in SQL and data visualization tools (Looker preferred)
- Strong knowledge of statistical analysis and experimentation methodologies
- Proven ability to translate complex data insights into strategic narratives for executives
- Experience coordinating with technical teams to create business-ready data assets
- Organizational skills to handle urgent ad-hoc requests and long-term projects
