About the role

The Head of Revenue Operations will lead the revenue operations function, overseeing processes that drive revenue growth and efficiency. This includes managing revenue streams, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize sales strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee revenue operations processes to ensure alignment with business goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in revenue operations, financial analysis, or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving operational efficiency.
  • Experience with financial modeling and analysis.
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments.

Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in finance, accounting, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience leading revenue operations teams.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and their integration with financial processes.
  • Experience with budgeting and forecasting tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
