About the role
The Head of Presales, M&A Group will lead the presales efforts for mergers and acquisitions within the company. This individual will be responsible for developing strategic relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting solutions that align with the company's offerings. The role requires strong communication skills, a deep understanding of the M&A landscape, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute presales strategies for M&A deals
- Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Present solutions that align with the company’s offerings and address client needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful M&A transactions
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes relevant to M&A
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or related field
- Proven track record of success in M&A presales roles
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with AI tools and technologies is a plus
Qualifications
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Knowledge of financial modeling and valuation techniques
Skills
- Strong understanding of M&A processes and deal structures
- Ability to develop and present compelling value propositions

Pay
Salary range: $100,000 - $150,000 annually
