Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative pay strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective compensation solutions
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in compensation and benefits
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in compensation and benefits
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Qualifications
- Experience working with HRIS systems
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Experience with compensation benchmarking tools
