Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative pay strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective compensation solutions
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in compensation and benefits
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in compensation and benefits
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Qualifications

• Experience working with HRIS systems
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Experience with compensation benchmarking tools
