We are experiencing significant growth and are seeking a hands-on HR leader to build, execute, and lead the HR function across our organization and network partners. Responsibilities
- Lead the people function end-to-end by providing expertise and guidance in all areas of culture, talent acquisition, people operations, total rewards, employee coaching, development and experience, and organizational design.
- Oversee strategic leadership for HR evolution and professionalism within a rapidly growing company operating across multiple states.
- Collaborate with Executive and Senior Leadership to forge company key initiatives, developing and executing the HR strategy in support of the business objectives.
- Serve as a visible, empathetic leader who is passionate about building high-performing teams and helping an organization grow.
- Thrive in a hands-on environment and implement meaningful initiatives.

Pay
$175,000 - $225,000 per year
