About the Company

ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company transforming how we interact with technology. Launched in January 2023 with the first human-like AI voice model, we now serve millions of users and thousands of businesses—including Deutsche Telekom and Meta. Backed by investors like Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth, and Sequoia, we’ve raised $781M in funding with a valuation of $11B.

Our platforms include:

  • ElevenAgents: Enables businesses to deliver seamless, intelligent customer experiences with voice and chat agents at scale.
  • ElevenCreative: Empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, images, and video across 70+ languages.
  • ElevenAPI: Provides developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models.

We’re a global team of researchers, engineers, and operators—IOI medalists and ex-founders—focused on building transformative AI.

How We Work

  • High-velocity: Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy.
  • Impact over titles: No job titles; your impact defines your role. No task is above or beneath you.
  • AI-first: We use AI across the company—from engineering to growth to operations—to move faster and achieve higher-quality results.
  • Excellence everywhere: Our work matches the quality of our AI models.
  • Global team: We prioritize talent, not location.

About the Role

As ElevenLabs scales its global enterprise go-to-market (GTM) motion, we’re seeking a leader to define world-class enablement at scale. You’ll own the strategy to turn every rep—AEs, AMs, and SDRs across all regions—into top performers by determining:

  • Where to invest enablement time for maximum leverage.
  • When and how to verticalize training by segment and geography.
  • Which metrics prove enablement’s impact on pipeline, revenue, and behavior change.

You’ll lead a global enablement function spanning onboarding, technical/product enablement, and outbound enablement, setting the strategic direction and measurement framework. With full AI fluency, you’ll build automations for enablement workflows and embed AI fluency into the seller curriculum.

This is a new role focused on evolving our enablement function. You’ll design systems, standards, and operating rhythms as we expand into new regions and segments. You’ll partner cross-functionally—especially with product marketing (owners of customer-facing assets)—while owning everything that makes our sellers great internally: training, certification, and enablement infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Define enablement strategy to maximize rep performance across AE, AM, and SDR teams globally.
  • Develop measurement frameworks to track enablement’s impact on pipeline, revenue, and behavior change.
  • Lead a global enablement function, including onboarding, technical/product enablement, and outbound enablement.
  • Build AI-driven automations for enablement workflows and integrate AI fluency into seller training.
  • Design systems, standards, and operating rhythms for enablement as the company scales.
  • Collaborate with product marketing and other teams to align internal enablement with customer-facing assets.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of enablement leadership experience with a technical product and mature enterprise sales motion.
  • Ability to enable sellers across multiple use cases, buyer types, and platform plays.
  • Hands-on sales experience, plus direct experience with AI agents and/or API tools.
  • Track record of building enablement strategy and measurement frameworks.
  • Experience scaling programs across distributed, global teams and time zones.
  • A builder’s mindset—excited to define strategy, systems, and standards from the ground up.
  • Bonus: Experience leading or enabling a technical/field engineering motion alongside revenue teams.

Benefits

  • Innovative culture at the forefront of AI, with a team pushing boundaries.
  • Dynamic growth paths with opportunities to drive impact beyond your role.
  • Annual discretionary stipend for professional development.
  • Annual discretionary stipend for social travel to meet colleagues.
  • Annual company offsite (past locations: Croatia, Italy).
  • Monthly co-working stipend if remote.

Location

This role is remote-first and can be based anywhere in the US or Europe, with flexibility to operate across US and European time zones. You may also work from our offices in New York, San Francisco, London, Dublin, or Warsaw. Minimal travel is expected.
