Head of GTM Enablement
About the role
We are hiring our first GTM Enablement leader to build this function from scratch. You'll own how we onboard, ramp, and coach our GTM teams — and you'll use Siro's own product to do it. This role is the proof point that Siro runs on Siro.
Responsibilities
Own AE onboarding end-to-end, including acting as the embedded manager for new reps during their first 2–3 month ramp
Create and maintain playbooks, talk tracks, battlecards, and coaching programs that set our AEs and SDRs up to win — and keep them sharp as the business evolves
Create and maintain sales training content: video overviews, written guides, practice modules and other outputs to help improve GTM team effectiveness
Use Siro's platform as your primary coaching tool — listen to recordings, spot patterns, and deliver targeted, data-driven feedback
Provide codified feedback to our product team based on your ongoing use of Siro to enable continuous product improvement
Partner with Sales, RevOps, and Product Marketing to ensure reps are always well-equipped
Track ramp time, win rates, and program effectiveness — and iterate relentlessly
Establish Siro — and yourself — as a thought leader in sales excellence and enablement
