About the role

Multiply is a fast-growing AI startup that helps B2B companies scale paid ads and get discovered by their dream customers. Traditional ads campaigns decay over time. Multiply builds self-learning growth ads that continuously improve performance by combining AI with expert operators. We are 15 people today. You would be #16.

Responsibilities

• Build new growth channels from scratch
• Identify high-leverage ways to reach B2B buyers
• Launch entirely new acquisition channels and scale the ones that work
• Operate and scale paid acquisition using Multiply’s AI systems
• Continuously test creative, messaging, and audiences
• Create distribution beyond ads
• Create communities and programs that attract the right audience
• Launch content, storytelling, and thought leadership initiatives
• Build relationships with creators and industry influencers
• Turn ideas into systems
• Take successful experiments and build repeatable growth playbooks
• Design scalable systems for pipeline generation

Requirements

You will work directly with the founders to experiment aggressively and find unconventional ways to get Multiply in front of the right companies. You will work on building and scaling our growth engine.

Qualifications

• Have built growth channels from zero to meaningful scale
• Have run campaigns or initiatives that got real attention in your industry
• Think in bold ideas and are comfortable trying things that might fail
• Combine creativity with strong analytical thinking
• Move quickly from idea to execution
