About the role

You will lead AIOS Medical's rapid expansion across Europe, turning market research into live, compliant operations. You'll identify priority markets, overcome regulatory hurdles, and establish legal, clinical, and supply infrastructure. Reporting to the CEO, this high-stakes role is responsible for scaling patient access from thousands to millions through hands-on execution and system building.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end European expansion playbook, identifying priority countries based on market size, customer demand, and regulatory speed-to-launch.
• Execute high-stakes "build, partner, or buy" decisions to secure legal entities, clinical staffing, and reliable medication supply chains in new markets.
• Coordinate cross-functional work between legal, clinical, and growth teams to ensure compliant, launch-ready operational infrastructure within weeks rather than years.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in expansion, market launches, or general management, ideally within high-growth startups or heavily regulated industries.
• Proven track record of personally taking European market entries from initial concept to live operations across major territories like Germany, France, or the Netherlands.
• Operates with an AI-native mindset and a "maniacal sense of urgency," functioning like a founder to bulldoze barriers and solve complex supply/regulatory constraints.
