Key Responsibilities

• Build viral loops that cause customers to bring in other customers.
• Measure viral growth primarily via 30-Day K Factor.
• Improve our existing referral program and create product experiences that are better when customers invite friends.
• Turn our customers' offline touchpoints into billboards for the product.
• Activate real customer stories, screenshots, milestones, and before/afters to encourage organic sharing.
• Get imaginative in the freemium experience to get users into our ecosystem.
• Trigger delight and tribal affinity to make customers instinctively want to tell their friends about us.
• Make sure everything is tracked and own the decision on what analytics stack to use and guide its implementation.

Experience

• 5+ years in product growth in high-growth D2C companies, with clear ownership of referrals & viral loops.
• Or, founded a viral social app and built this from the ground-up.
