Head of Enterprise Applications
About the role
Arium Networks seeks a strategic technology leader to drive the architecture, delivery, and evolution of our enterprise systems, data platforms, analytics, billing, and automation capabilities. This role is crucial for supporting large-scale network infrastructure operations and enabling the full asset to revenue lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Enterprise Systems Leadership:
- Own implementation strategy for ERP, CRM, project/construction management, field service, and asset inventory systems.
- Ensure seamless integration across the entire infrastructure lifecycle—from design through billing.
- Build scalable, resilient application architectures.
- Billing & Revenue Management:
- Lead billing and revenue platform architecture.
- Support contract-based, recurring, usage/SLA-driven billing models.
- Ensure accuracy in invoicing, revenue recognition, and compliance.
- Integrate billing with asset inventory, pricing, and ERP systems.
- Drive revenue assurance and forecasting.
- Data Platform & Governance:
- Define enterprise data strategy across data lakes/warehouses and MDM.
- Establish data governance, lineage, and quality frameworks.
- Enable real-time, cross-system data flows and a single source of truth.
- Analytics & BI:
- Develop analytics for network performance, deployment, finance, and customer insights.
- Deploy BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and deliver executive dashboards.
- Enable self-service analytics across teams.
- AI & Automation:
- Build and execute AI/ML roadmap for predictive analytics, network planning, and anomaly detection.
- Automate billing, reconciliation, workflows, and operational processes.
- Partner with engineering to improve network performance and customer outcomes.
- Operational Enablement:
- Deliver systems for site acquisition, permitting, construction, and activation.
- Ensure operational events automatically trigger accurate billing and revenue workflows.
- Improve deployment speed, cost efficiency, and visibility.
- Collaboration & Leadership:
- Partner with Finance, Operations, Engineering, and Commercial teams.
- Advise executives on digital capabilities and innovation.
- Lead global teams across enterprise apps, data, analytics, and AI/automation.
- Manage vendor and integrator relationships.
- Governance & Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with financial, regulatory, and data privacy standards.
- Strengthen controls around billing accuracy, data integrity, and revenue assurance.
Requirements
- Education / Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline required; master’s degree preferred.
- Experience:
- 15+ years leading enterprise applications, data, analytics, or billing systems.
- Experience in telecom, infrastructure, or asset-heavy industries.
- Proven delivery of ERP/CRM, billing, and enterprise data platforms.
- Hands-on experience with cloud (Azure/AWS), modern integration, and large-scale data platforms.
- Experience deploying AI/ML or automation programs at scale.

Pay
The pay range offered for this position is $230,000 to $252,000 annually. A candidate’s offer is determined by various factors including but not limited to, depth of experience, role-related knowledge and skills, relevant education or training, internal alignment, and work location. Depending on the position offered, the compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of a discretionary annual cash bonus or commissions, and equity incentives.
