About the Role

A proprietary trading firm with offices in Chicago, NYC, and Miami is actively looking to hire a tech / team lead for their core development team (potential CTO). The firm specialises in algorithmic and high frequency trading strategies across equities, options, and futures.

Responsibilities

• Lead the core development team
• Manage a team of 10 people, potentially growing to 20 people
• Oversee C++ low latency development for trading systems

Qualifications

• Background in C++ low latency trading
• Experience leading development teams

Pay

~250 - 400 K base plus bonus.
