Accountabilities

  • Own the regional channel marketing strategy, defining how partner-led marketing, demand generation, and partner acquisition initiatives drive pipeline growth and support broader revenue objectives.
  • Translate business priorities into actionable marketing plans that expand market reach and increase MRR.
  • Lead and scale the Channel Marketing team, providing clear direction, coaching, and operational support to ensure successful execution of partner enablement programs, co-marketing initiatives, and regional campaigns across key markets.
  • Drive partner acquisition strategy by defining ideal partner profiles, building targeted recruitment campaigns, and creating marketing programs that increase partner pipeline quality and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Partner teams to ensure alignment on account strategy, pipeline goals, and joint go-to-market execution, reinforcing a unified “one team” approach across the region.
  • Oversee regional campaign performance, lead generation, and funnel optimization, ensuring leads are properly qualified, distributed, and converted through effective channel processes.
  • Manage the regional marketing budget, optimizing spend allocation across initiatives to maximize ROI and ensure alignment with revenue and growth targets.
  • Act as the key liaison across global marketing functions, including digital, events, and content teams, ensuring consistent execution of integrated campaigns across all channels.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, UCaaS, or technology marketing, including at least 3-5 years in a leadership role managing teams or regional marketing functions with measurable revenue impact.
  • Strong expertise in channel marketing, partner ecosystems, and indirect sales models, with a proven ability to design programs that drive partner engagement, pipeline growth, and recurring revenue (MRR).
  • Demonstrated experience building, mentoring, and scaling high-performing marketing teams in fast-paced, matrixed environments.
  • Strong analytical and commercial skills, with the ability to interpret data, measure campaign performance, and optimize marketing investments based on ROI and funnel metrics.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience aligning marketing strategy across Sales, Product, and centralized marketing teams.
  • Deep familiarity with marketing systems such as Salesforce and marketing automation tools, with the ability to track attribution, lead lifecycle, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Strong ability to operate both strategically and hands-on, especially in environments where new programs must be built from the ground up before scaling.
