Head of Agent Channel Marketing

Responsibilities

• Create and execute the overall marketing and advertising strategy for the agent channel
• Partner with the insurance team on new product and sector launches
• Work with the marketing teams of Top 50 national brokers, agency group partners, and wholesalers to create and deliver co-sponsored marketing campaigns
• Develop and oversee performance marketing processes to analyze campaign success
• Create and oversee the marketing budget for the agent channel
• Manage and oversee key personnel such as marketing managers, copywriters, graphic designers, and other stakeholders driving growth in the agent channel
• Provide OKR management, creative direction, create content or briefs, final approvals, and implementation
• Manage our convention exhibitor strategy, organize the calendar, logistics, swag purchasing, and more
• Oversee and manage external advertising strategy, including analyzing results, creating ad copy and assets, collaborating with the Google and Bing SEM teams, and more
• Create marketing assets for the sales team, including training presentations, flyers, promo videos, and more
• Oversee our incentive programs, gifts, and promotional gifting
• Collaborate with PR and social media team for external communications
• Collaborate with other key stakeholders such as product, sectors, and IPM to align their release efforts with our communication and marketing strategy

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience marketing to independent agents
• Experience managing performance marketing campaigns - tracking the success of what is delivered
• Experience managing or overseeing SEM campaigns
