Requirements
The Head of Change Management & Internal Communications will lead the development and implementation of change management initiatives and internal communication strategies that align with Rimkus' strategic goals. This role will partner closely with leadership and various departments to ensure smooth transitions, enhance employee engagement, and promote a culture of transparency and collaboration.
- Design, lead, and execute comprehensive change management programs across the organization
- Develop and deliver effective internal communication plans to keep employees informed and engaged
- Collaborate with senior leadership to assess the impact of change and tailor strategies accordingly
- Provide coaching and support to managers and employees on change management best practices
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of change initiatives and communication efforts
- Drive initiatives that promote organizational culture, employee engagement, and overall communication excellence
Required Experience, Education and Certifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field required
- Master's degree preferred
- Proven experience (7+ years) in change management, internal communications, or organizational development
- Experience leading change in a complex, multi-site, and matrixed organization
- Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is strongly preferred

Physical Demands, Overtime, and Travel
- Typical office environment with occasional travel (up to 15%)
