The Position

Own FullStack’s SMB engine as a business owner: high-velocity services, SaaS-like subscriptions, and standardized delivery. You’ll scale recurring revenue (MRR) through AI applications and automation, implement self-service client interactions, build light-touch funnels, and help shape the internal product roadmap (client portal, AI-ready talent, packaged AI services).

What You'll Do

  • Grow and retain a broad SMB portfolio with productized services and subscriptions (MRR/NRR focus).
  • Build an AI-first automated GTM: digital demand gen, inside sales/BDR motions, self-serve trials/POVs, efficient onboarding.
  • Collaborate with product/engineering to transform the client portal and internal platforms to a self-service model. (matching, proposals, billing, usage dashboards).
  • Instrument the funnel: CAC, payback, churn, activation, expansion; run continuous A/B testing.
  • Maintain healthy unit economics and playbooks that scale.

What You Bring

  • 5–8+ years in SMB/mid-market growth roles (technology/consulting services, SaaS, or productized services).
  • Experience launching subscription or usage-based offerings, preferably in the AI services space, and scaling PLG/inside-sales motions for SMBs/Mid-Markets.
  • A personal adoption of AI tools for creating processes and solutions; AI-first mindset for problem solving.
  • A strong data mindset; comfort with automation, AI augmentation, and lightweight product management.
  • Understanding experience working with modern AI platforms, vibe-coding, and genAI platforms.

Success in 6 Months

  • Meaningful MRR growth, improved NRR and churn, scalable onboarding, and a visible roadmap delivering self-serve wins.
