A large, globally recognized financial services organization is seeking a Head of Accounts Payable to lead enterprise-wide accounts payable and vendor lifecycle operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounts payable and vendor management operations across a complex organization.
• Ensure accurate invoice processing, timely payments, and strong internal controls.
• Monitor KPIs, compliance requirements, and operational performance.
• Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and system enhancements.
• Partner with key business stakeholders on audit, regulatory, and operational matters.
• Develop and lead a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of Accounts Payable leadership experience, preferably in a highly regulated environment.
• Coming from Banking or Financial Services.
• Strong knowledge of AP operations, procure-to-pay processes, and financial controls.
• Experience with large ERP systems and AP automation platforms.
