Responsibilities
- Build and sell homes
- Manage projects from design to completion
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
- Collaborate with finance and insurance teams to provide end-to-end solutions
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Experience in home construction or related fields
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
