Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle AP: Oversee the end-to-end invoice lifecycle from initial receipt to final payment ledger posting.
• Account Reconciliation: Reconcile monthly vendor statements and investigate unresolved balances or variances.
• Tax Compliance: Collect and verify vendor W-9 forms and assist with annual 1099 filing preparations.
• Month-End Close: Prepare prior month invoice entry before closing the AP module within our accounting software.

Requirements

• 1–4 years of dedicated full-cycle accounts payable experience.
• Hands-on experience with an accounting software program and scanners.
• Beginner Microsoft Excel skills.
• Problem-solving mindset, strong analytical skills, and time-management capabilities.
