Reporting to the Area Manager, the Head Coach drives studio success and embodies the [solidcore] brand. This role includes coaching an average of ten (10) classes per week while setting the standard for coach excellence and client experience.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the studio’s lead coach, maintaining a full schedule of 10 classes per week
- Model best practices and set expectations for new and existing coaches
- Deliver a best-in-class fitness and customer-service experience aligned with [solidcore] standards
- Meet company utilization and retention targets for both individual performance and studio-wide results
- Support day-to-day studio operations under the direction of the Area Manager
- Lead community outreach and marketing to attract new clients and build long-term partnerships
- Provide coach development through consistent feedback and in-person support during new-coach trainings
- Respond promptly and effectively to client requests and concerns
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge for studio retail, including class packages, promotions, and apparel
- Execute operational tasks such as ordering supplies, conducting inventory, and maintaining sales logs
- Ensure the studio and equipment remain clean, safe, and fully functional at all times
- Perform additional duties and projects as assigned
Requirements
- Permanent, exempt, full-time position requiring ~40 hours per week (including classes coached)
- Flexible, variable availability including weekends and holidays to accommodate coach training and business needs
- Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 30 pounds
- Proficiency in G-Suite and Microsoft Office (Excel, Google Sheets)
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of prior group-fitness experience
- Outgoing, personable, and passionate about building relationships within and beyond the [solidcore] community
- Team player with a positive attitude and genuine desire to inspire and motivate others
- Comfortable leading a fast-paced class on-mic with loud music and high energy
- Ability to model the [solidcore] brand and culture as a lead community representative
- Superior client-relations and communication skills
- Optimism, hard work, and a love for health, fitness, and the [solidcore] workout
- Passion for helping others achieve their goals and become the strongest version of themselves
- Experience building relationships and developing teams in a fast-paced, people-focused environment

Pay
Compensation range: $56,177 – $62,497 per year
