About the role

The Event Day Hawker is responsible for assertive selling of food and/or beverage through concourses and in-stand areas, enhancing the fan experience through exceptional service and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Assertively sell food and/or beverage through concourses and in-stand areas
• Enhance the fan experience through unexpected, high-quality service
• Embody the 7 Pillars of L.E.G.E.N.D.S: service, teamwork, continuous improvement, change, and fun
• Prioritize client satisfaction by exceeding expectations
• Maintain consistency in attitude, behavior, and professional appearance
• Demonstrate a cheerful, positive, and proactive "can-do" attitude
• Perform inventories and settle cash sales post-event
• Provide top-tier customer service to internal and external guests
• Maintain product knowledge and ensure stock replenishment
• Manage inventory control and practice safe work habits
• Walk up and down stairs while carrying up to 20lbs

Requirements

• Able to transfer high energy into sales
• Perform math calculations without a cash drawer
• Outgoing with strong interpersonal and oral communication skills
• Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Work effectively under pressure as part of a team
• Comply with all safety policies, procedures, and training requirements
