LN Venues, Premium Sales and Service Coordinator - The Pavilion at Star Lake

Job Summary

Live Nation Entertainment is the world's leading live entertainment company, comprising Ticketmaster, Live Nation Concerts, and Live Nation Media & Sponsorship. The Premium Seat Sales team generates Premium Seat revenue across multiple live music venues, including box suites, season tickets, PSLs, and other revenue-generating programs.

About the role

Aid the Director of Premium Sales and Service in generating sales and administering all Live Nation Premium Experiences Programs for assigned venues. Assist in preparing, issuing, and verifying the return of all Premium Seat contracts, oversee accounts receivable, manage client relationships, and interface with VIP Club staff for smooth venue operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, issue, and verify return of all Premium Seat contracts as advised by Director of Premium Sales and Service
• Oversee and maintain accounts receivable
• Act as a liaison with internal departments (Box Office, Finance, Marketing)
• Manage client tickets using Archtics
• Maintain client email database and facilitate regular email updates
• Coordinate on-site premium experiences program responsibilities and client services for concert events
• Interface with VIP Club staff to ensure smooth venue operations on event days
• Conduct cold calls and prospecting for new clients
• Assist in implementing marketing strategies with Director of Premium Sales and Service
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

Associates degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Strong communication skills, high energy, excellent customer service skills, ability to multi-task and problem solve, creativity, highly organized, ability to work in a team setting, commitment to excellence, minimum 1-2 years of relative business experience, social media savvy a plus, some experience in hospitality and/or entertainment preferred, computer proficiency: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
