Responsibilities
- Deliver food and beverage orders from concession stands to guests at all games and other events.
- Maintain consistency in attitude and behavior with a “can-do” approach.
- Present a cheerful, positive manner and work to make a specific impression on clients.
- Show initiative and take action with an appropriate level of independence.
- Work with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.
- Follow job procedures and supervisor’s instructions.
- Assist cashiers in completing customer orders.
- Clean and maintain concession areas.
- Help stock and un-stock stands at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Maintain a professional attitude and appearance.
- Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures, and complete required safety training.
Requirements
- Able to work flexible hours (evenings, weekends, holidays).
- Able to work under pressure.
- Effective interpersonal and oral communication skills.
- Team player mindset.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Food Safety Certification is a plus.
