Food Prep Worker - The Pavilion at Star Lake

About the role

The Food Prep is responsible for preparing or assisting with food preparation and helping cashiers facilitate orders to guests.

Responsibilities

• Prepare or assist with food preparation.
• Assist cashiers with facilitating guest orders.
• Serve customers in a timely and friendly manner.
• Properly handle inventory.
• Prepare product and ensure food warmers are kept full.
• Maintain proper food handling procedures.
• Organize and maintain their station.
• Follow proper cleaning and sanitizing procedures.
• Organize and clean the stand, remove garbage, and clean equipment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to interact with co-workers to ensure compliance with company service standards.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
• Must be fluent in English.
• Ability to work in an open-air environment during all climate conditions.
• Ability to lift and carry items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds, up and down stairs/ramps.
• Ability to work extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks, including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods.
• Must meet state and local health requirements for food handlers and alcoholic beverage services.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures, and complete required safety training.
