Hartford - Corporate & Business Transactions - 2027 Entry-Level Associate

The Hartford office of Morgan Lewis seeks to hire a third-year law student/Fall 2027 entry-level associate for our corporate and business transactions practice.

About the role

The successful applicant should have a strong interest in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, capital markets, and other corporate transactions, and possess excellent academic credentials as well as strong organization, writing, and analytical skills. The associate would join the firm after completion of law school and sitting for the Connecticut bar exam.
