About the role
The Boston, New York, Philadelphia, or Seattle office of Morgan Lewis seeks to hire a third-year law student/Fall 2027 entry-level associate for our corporate and business transactions – real estate practice. The successful applicant should have a strong interest in real estate and other corporate transactions, and possess excellent academic credentials as well as strong organization, writing, and analytical skills. The associate would join the firm after completion of law school and sitting for the bar exam in the state of the Morgan Lewis office for which they are applying.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and review of legal documents and contracts
- Research and analyze legal issues related to real estate and corporate transactions
- Prepare and present legal opinions and advice to clients
- Participate in client meetings and negotiations
- Conduct due diligence on potential investments and acquisitions
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a JD program
- Strong academic record
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passionate about real estate and corporate transactions
Qualifications
- Completed law school and passed the bar exam in the state of the Morgan Lewis office for which they are applying
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale)
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay
- Salary range: $225,000
- Base salary or hourly wage range will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market factors.
