About the role
Morgan Lewis seeks to hire a rising third year law student (2027 JD) as a Fall 2027 entry-level associate in our technology, outsourcing & commercial (TOC) transactions practice, resident in either our Philadelphia or Los Angeles office.
Responsibilities
- Work solely with the TOC transactions practice group.
- Exhibit excellent academic credentials.
- Show strong organization, writing, and analytical skills.
- Have experience or demonstrated interest in AI, technology and innovation, and strategic commercial deals including in the retail, life sciences, financial services, and sports industries.
- Be eligible to take the bar exam, or currently barred, in the resident jurisdiction.
